really skinny chicken

I forgot to mention her poop that she does have is green. I hear that is from a bird that hasn't eaten enough.

Would scaley leg mites do this to her alone?

If she did have these mites, how would I clean out a coop in January? There is snow everywhere and I can't kick the birds out of the coop for long. Its freezing out here in New Hampshire.
Anyone?

From what I have read - the leg mite stays on the bird so is not "living" in your coop - unlike lice or body mites.

Yes, mites, if there are enough, can suck the life right out of a chicken or any other animal.

Green poop - not enough food in her system. Do you have any canned salmon, hamburger, or other red meat. Cut up a small amount and offer to her, she may turn up her beak at first, but my birds love meat. The protein will be good for her - just a tiny amount.
