really soft shell egg

i have 12 chooks and had 9 eggs per day for last month,this morning there was 1 really soft egg on the floor of the coop might i have a problem

Soft shell eggs can be caused by a number of things. Insufficient calcium in their diet, problems absorbing calcium, heat, stress, some diseases... It is also more common for younger layers to lay soft shell eggs. Unless she lays a few more of them I wouldn't worry.
