I'm thinking I may put it in a pen to separate it from the others so it doesn't get run over by them but it can still see the others and not feel alone. These chicks are only about a month old...hatched the end of Feb or beginning of March....and I heard one trying to crow this morning.
Well, read the link I just edited into my previous post. Mareks can stay around for years not months. Your land is now chicken sick. Keep a closed flock for life. you can add birds at certain times, hatch and eat the meat and eggs too. Do not visit your friends with chickens or let them visit you.
