Really Tame Breed?

I thought it was entirely dependent on how they were raised. Leave them on free range with a hen and they will usually avoid getting within reach. Hatch 'em in the incubator, feed and water while touching them, pick 'em up from day one and often and they will be like little puppies even as adults especially if you feed and water every day in an enclosure. I built a 4' x 6' brooder with 6 doors (100% doors 3 to a side) on top to allow me to reach everybody inside without much difficulty. In less than a week they are imprinted on me. Why would they be afraid of "mother"? I only have American Games and they could avoid me quicker and easier than other breeds because of their natural agility, speed and flying ability.
