Really trying to improve my chickens feed.....

Between the cost of feed and such.I buy bird seed when its on sale.And mix that with whatever is handy,oats and wheat seed. Some layer feed..My bantams like greens,i give them left over lettuce and spinach.Old bread.Ive been growing puslane,it grows like weeds and my chickens love it.Its supposed to make better egg yokes.
