really worried

Help please. My 5 day old chick (who had trouble when first born) is not really moving, finding it really hard to breathe and not doing anything please help want to do anything to helo her!!!

How warm is it, 95° is what you need week one. Has it been eating/drinking and what does excrement look like? Are eyes nose and bottom clear or have drainage?

I am so sorry! Do you have other chicks and if so how are they doing?

My other chicks are doing fine. That one had a poorly leg when it first hatched but seemed to be better after the first day.
