The Dominion counting method is a tad odd.
It has mainly been used by the government, but recently it was suggested by @muddy75 we use it here, after a fair and impartial hearing.

It was adopted without objection.
all other rules still apply.

I believe this new style of counting will speed up our journey to One Million so a new poll will be taken soon.
