Previously in my tiny town chickens were not allowed. The beginning of the year changes were made, reading through them is like trying to scry a mud puddle so it's been difficult to see if things have changed.
Small rural town that likes to think it's Beverly Hills. While I do not plan on living in town forever I'd prefer to have my chickens with me instead of at my fathers farm about 15 minutes away.
