Thanks guys! I'm not sure how to reply to everybody. The first hatch was I call a success. We had 5 of the 9 that made it to lockdown hatch. I learned a lot along the way!
After candling the quail, it looks like only 34 are viable. I definitely feel like it was an egg storage issue before they went in. So have already learned a lot from the current hatch as well! Will be holding off on setting any more after these until the Easter Hatch a long
Any idea what kind of chickens I hatched? Lol. The eggs were given to me, and were big brown ones.
