Somebody gave me 4 small roosters that were already gutted and skinned (she couldn't pluck them without the skin coming off). She really wanted me to feed them to my dogs because they are small (2 pounds each maybe?) but I decided that I'm going to cook the frozen ones and feed the fresh ones to the dogs (they had been in the fridge for over a week). So, what is the best way to cook small 3 month old roosters?
