Recipes made out of nothin'

Ohhh...you made me start thinking about food and now my belly is rumbling. I would cook down that pork in some broth or stock, or plain water with garlic and seasonings. Make a big pot of mashed potatoes and have some porkand gravy over mashed potatoes.

My kids used to love hamburger gravy that way. Simple and quick. Any veggies work on the side, although the fave here was corn whenever we had taters and gravy.
