Recommend incubator thermostat

I am currently using the incubator warehouse digital thermostat and lately it's been all over the place with its temp readings so I'm going to replace it. What would be a great replacement thermostat and also a thermometer and hygrometer

the hydrometer pictured above checks both the temperature and the humidity by comparing the dry bulb temperature to the wet bulb temperature. This is the true meaning of "relative" humidity. you can down load and print out a chart to help you read this instrument. The analog hydrometers depend on a single horse hair to "estimate" the "Relative" humidity. While reading the temperature with the dry bulb reading.

Thanks for the suggestion. What kind of digital thermostat would you recommend using. Cost isn't an issue I just want accurate and reliable
