Recommend me a recipe for a quail-sized chicken?

I dispatched one of my birds today. I was hoping to wait longer but he was getting aggressive. So I have a quail-sized chicken carcass resting in the fridge. I already gave my dog the cooked edible organs, but I'm not sure the best way to cook the bird once it is done resting. I want to use it to the best of my ability; I have the legs, thighs, and breasts. Wings were too small to do anything with. Any recommendations?
 
Go online and look for suggestions on how to cook a Cornish game hen. Other than that you can poach it and make a chicken salad out of it.
 
I use any chicken recipe for my quail, just adapted to smaller size. All cooking methods work. I'm going to make oyakodon later this week.
 
I ended up making seared teriyaki chicken. It was good! Very small, but it's the best chicken I've had before (only store chicken previously.)
