Welsh Harlequins are beautiful ducks, getting some myself in May. I don't know much about Pekins other than they're pretty loud.
You are going yo love the WH. Have a few myself. They are more quite than most. Not flighty, lay tons of 70+ grams eggs year round down here (Texas), will brood there own, and you're able to sex them for the first week or so.

All four WH.
I have Khaki Campbell drakes and Blue Swedish ducks. I love them both but now have 20 blue swedish eggs in the bator so that I can have a full bred flock eventually. They are stunning ducks. I thought about skovies as well but I wanted something that be able to reproduce and sustain the flock without worrying about keeping them separate from other breeds. Skovies crossed with other mallard derived breeds, produce mules. That was the only reason for me to not get skovies. I am one of those people that is on the fence as far as thinking skovies are beautiful so I wasn't sure that I wanted them to be the only breed I had.
