Hi folks!

I absolutely ADORE my tall muck boots but on days like today where I'm out working on the property for 6+ hours, my feet are KILLING me by the end cause Muck Boots for all their many awesome features, have pretty terrible arch and heel support for long term wearing.

Curious if anyone here has tried anything in particular that worked well for them? or is it really just go get a pair of the Dr. Scholls gel inserts and hope they dont slide around the rubber boot? Haha thanks all!

You may need to find what works for you. I like to add a double odor eater pad, and than a heel gel wedge under it. I tried various inserts and they didn't work for me. It just depends on what you personally need.
Thanks! My heels usually feel the worst at the end of the day so may try your route of a heel wedge

That's such a bummer! My Muck Boots are one of the few things I can wear that DON'T hurt my feet. Maybe it depends on which style you have?

Update the thread if you find something that works (so I can "borrow" your idea). 😁
I have the tall ones with shockingly the chickens on them LOL they go like a little more than halfway up my shin but they're also new this year so I've only been wearing them for about 6 months so maybe they're just not fully broken in yet? And my feet really only hurt when I'm out there for like 6 plus hours in them if it's just a couple hours I'm usually perfectly fine

I have a pair of these ugg work boots that my mom calls "shit kickers" that are incredibly comfortable and i LOVE them, theyre a little heavy so you clunk clunk around, but they are definitely NOT waterproof like advertised so its usually just picking which ones to wear when I'm working in the yard 😂

Mine are sized up a bit (I'm a 7.5 and wear an 8 in muck boots). This lets me wear super thick work socks. Duluth brand are really nice, and I can tell my feet survive longer thanks to the socks.

6+ hours is a slog, though! I think my feet would hurt regardless at that point. Stupid spring cleanup... I'm delaying till every last bit of snow is gone. Thankfully, we got more today! 😁
