Recommended small breed meat chicken

We want to add a few smaller birds of a smaller breed to use as meat production. My family usually eats 4 lb chickens when bought from the grocery store. What breed would everyone recommend?

just get cornishX broilers and eat them while young, from hatch to 4 weeks they will be as close as you want them.
