Recycled Chick water I made

I found a few humidifiers at the curve last week, made a few cuts and a new to me FREE chick waterer.

I just had the idea of the top of my head, thought i share it.

Before: Everything works on them, people just don't replace the wicks, and throw them out.

Snipped off outside ring:

Good for a few week old chicks.

I love recycling things.

wow ...thats impressive........ makes me wonder if ya could use a de-humidifier , pull the moister out of the air , and get water ..........i might have to try that !!!!!!

I put it in my outside brooder with my teenagers. They love it! It's not really that high of a water level. But I think I can adjust that. I think the dehumifyier idea is a go also. i see no reason why not.

I love repurposed inventions. There is a similar humidifier collecting dust in my garage, so I am gonna give this a try. You can never have enough waterers in AZ.
