we also found old wood - a small tap dance stage for the sturdy floor, lumber and french windows to open up the coop on hot florida days and tin for the roof. recycling works!

Very nice. I planned on doing the same thing for my coop until I found someone giving away a huge dog house.

I still have the two kitchen cabinets down in the basement.
