Recycled Nest boxes (pics)

Originally it was just the 2 lower boxes, and as you predicted, the girls were sleeping on top lol. I've only had them 3 days, but each night I went in and put them on their actual roost, where they would stay the rest of the night...side note...its odd how at night they dont wake up enough to remember they are skittish and wild. Tonight they *tried* to all get on the front little lip of the top box, but its too narrow and they kept pushing each other off. So slowly and quietly I lifted 2 of the wild beasts onto their roost, and sat unmoving while the other 2 jumped up after them on their own. I just checked and all 4 are still snoozing in the right spot!

After 3 days of hanging out in the coop for a few hours they are finally comfortable enough to scratch around my feet...but if I move all is lost *sigh* slowly but surely

Soon, they will be running over to greet you when they see you going towards them, and you'll have to be careful not to step on them.
