Red blotches on feet

My Phoebe had red blotches on her feet Thursday morning. We have had some snow and it has been really cold here lately in the teens and 20's. I noticed this morning that she is better most of the snow is gone but it was still cold today. Any suggestions she is the only one whose feet looked like this we have 6 hens.

Wide roosts help to keep feet warm (like a 2x4 on its side so they sleep on the widest side).

Wide roosts help to keep feet warm (like a 2x4 on its side so they sleep on the widest side).

They have a shelf like area they can sleep on besides their perch. But she chooses to sleep on the dowel like perch only because she does not want to let the other hens get to the shelf, a bit hateful.
