Red bottom

This hen has a red irrigated bottom. what do you think it is? What can I do to help her?

It's normal. Mine look like that.

As far as if there is any concerns..... Does she have any mites, lice, or anything else that bites? Any feather pluckers in the flock?
 
Her vent looks like blood has dripped from it, in addition to her bottom being bare and feather picked. Can you see if the vent is injured or if there has been a prolapse? Have you seen other hens with missing feathers or bare bottoms? Are your chickens molting, overcrowded or getting too little protein in their feed?
