Red Bump On Newly Hatched Chick

I'm new to hatching chicks and this is my first hatching. One chick has already hatched and when my second one did she had gunk stuck to her butt and a red bump on it. Is she going to be okay? She's moving and scooting around the gunk came off but she still has that red bump on either her stomach or butt I'm not entirely sure.

It sounds like her navel, which could be perfectly fine, I can't tell without having seen it though. Could you possibly post a pic for us? And congrats on the hatch!
