Red dot on beak?

Baby chick has red dot on beak she seems fine what could it be?

Looks like an abrasion of the base of her beak. A little Neosporin would help.

Just a little cut , I would put some Neosporin on it and call it good!

I agree, it's just a cut or scrape on or near the end of the comb. I wouldn't even bother treating it, it should scab just fine.
