Red eye PLEASE HELP

the same black silkie again, still curing her wryneck but now I saw her eyes and they have gotten worse can I please have some help I’m very worried

Order some Terramycin eye antibiotic from Amazon or ask your feed store for it. A dab in each eye two times a day in addition to daily flushing with eye saline wash.

Unfortunately, if she were mine and showing no sign of improvement , I'd put her down. I'm sorry.

It does kind of look like there was a hemorrhage inside the eye or the brain. I have seen similar red eyes in a couple of out dogs who had bleeds inside the eyes. One was blind, and the other large dog had had a brain bleed.
