Red eyes, red feet/legs, lethargic

Anyone have any ideas? This is Barbara. She’s been very lethargic for the past week and just keeps still, all puffed up. I noticed yesterday that her eyes turned red (they are normally orange) and her legs and feet are changing color from pale yellow to red as well. We are all worried about her. She’s a wonderful little lady. I’m at a loss.

Barbara never perked up. She spent the past few days puffed up with her eyes closed. Today I held her and noticed her abdomen was swollen with fluid. The vet determined she was egg bound, which lead to organ failure and ascites. We chose to euthanize her
