Red Feet?

I have a rooster with red feet. Looks like irritation. Any advice?

Does he have feathers on his legs or feet?

Since spring is around the corner...mating season, most likely his hormones are flowing which is normal.

Thats pretty red. I understand what dawg53 is saying. He may very well be right.
still,
But just to be on the safe side, I would look at the bottom of his feet. check for signs of bumblefoot.
