Red flesh exposed

I got five red sex links a month and a half ago and about 2-3 years old. The one at the bottom of the ladder gets picked on and always has flesh exposed on her neck and sometimes shoulder. I know hens pecks at red flesh but is there something I can put on her to allow her to heal and grow feathers back?

I'd start with a bottle of blu-kote. It contains an antiseptic and will color the entire area blue, which will keep the other chickens from pecking it.

edited to add: wear gloves, check wind direction, and be careful...it'll also make you blue for a really long time if you get it on you
