You folks are making me a believer on that breed. I just gonna have look into finding one. But my mutt, Morgan, is my buddy. He a working dog of sorts but I don't know what.

Red fox, same or another not known, came in and killed a cockerol game juvenile. All birds were riled and Eduardo (free-ranging game rooster) appeared to be attempting run interference. Scoob was on wrong side of property but when he did respond it took a very different run this time. Scoob seemed much more confident and really went after fox. I had no idea he had more speed than fox. Fox was saved by rapid turns and going beyond Scoobs territory boundary. I may have shoot fox.
