Red Golden Comet Rooster!

How did I get a red golden comet rooster? I thought the males were supposed to be white? He is the same color as the pullets.
Someone said he's probably a RIR.. Would he have white on him?

He's likely a production red or a red mutt of some kind. So? What are going to do with him?

If he's a RIR he shouldn't have white on him. In 5 weeks he'll probably look nothing like what he looks like now, so he probably is just feathering out in a funny way. A pic would also help though.

We've named him "General Tao" and perhaps he will be in October. so are the pullets not "Golden Comets" i was on the MT healthy site and I didn't see any roosters that looked like him and the pullets "some" have a little more white than their Comets do.
