red hen turning white

finally i got a picture uploaded!! my red hen has been turning white. Now her wing feathers are naked? Just the quill is left. and she is getting bare spots. I haven't dusted her yet. The feed store didn't have anything last time I went. If anyone knows what is causing this ? Thank you for your help!!

How old is she? What breed? If she is a red sex-link, they often have a lot of white in their plumage.
