Red Laced Cornish X and project talk (pics p. 8)

Ok folks............... leaving in a few short hours to head to the Shawnee show, got everything packed and doing last minute things before I head out. While doing the final touch up's on my birds yesterday before putting them in their travel show boxes, Hulk jr was giving me fit's and broke 2 primary's 1 on each side, I was highly P.O. but what can you do when you choose to show the hardest feathered bird on the face of the planet LOL. all the other birds look fine with no problems, but he was my favorite prospect and I have several folks who are looking forward to seeing him. Anyway don't burn down the house while I am gone and if I can snag a smart phone from somebody I will post from the show floor. and post a few pic's when I get back.

Al did well at the show. I am sure he will be on when he gets back home and everything settled in. I didn't get to take my birds but did go and visit with everyone for a while Saturday.

Evening fellow cornish friends. I got back from The Shawnee show this morning tired but satisfied, I thought I did Ok at the show which also doubled as the Western Cornish Nationals. There were over 200 exhibitors with over 3000 birds present, with 50 Large Fowl Cornish and 150 Cornish Bantams making a strong presents. I showed 7 birds total in the Open English/Open Large Fowl, here were the results of 4 1st & 3 2nds.
