Please help, I clean my coop every week, dust with diatomaceous earth, I’ve dipped him in vetricyn and slathered in vasoline and bag balm. Not one other bird in coop has this. Help!

Can you get a photo of all of him too?

I would rub some vaseline or Nu Stock into the legs. He's feather footed so some of it may be irritated feather follicles. Red on the side of the legs can sometimes indicate fertility as well.
