Red neck

Hello I have this chick about 4 weeks old with this on its neck none of my other chickens have it. Any idea of what it could be?

It looks like the chick has been pecked. Is the chick with other chicks the same age, or is it getting picked on? Do you have any blue food coloring, BluKote spray, or Vicks to put on the red spot to prevent pecking?

The chickens are the same age but I have noticed them pecking at this one. I do have vicks. I can go get BluKote

Blue may hide the red, and the Vicks can taste bad. BluKote is very staining, be careful, and it its antiseptic and antifungal. You can spray a QTip and apply it, or carefully spay a small dab on the chick. It wears off hands and the chick, but may stain clothing.
