Red/ Orange Poop??

Saw this in my hens house they are all acting fine has been 86 degrees max this days set up cold water with electrolytes to drinks and tins with water to dip their feet with a fan inside and saw this poops also I have been giving them watermelon and some tomatoes. Is it cocci or the color of the fruits made their poop like that?

How old are they? What else do you feed them? It looks fine to me - watermelon can make poop look like a weird bloody mass.

Turn one in June 31 we have gave them ALOT of watermelon since the heat is here

It’s probably not cocci; at this age they should have developed an immunity. It’s probably watermelon poops - as long as everyone is acting normal, I wouldn’t worry. Just be sure to give the watermelon in minders room; it contains a lot of sugar and you don’t want it to have any adverse effects.
