Red pepper flakes and Guinea hens?

My chickens live together with my Guinea hens and I understand the guineas generally should not eat red pepper flakes.
I guess my question would be is how do I give the chickens the seeds.
Obvious answer is to separate them, but I am sure others have the same issue and I wonder what they do?
I have 29 chickens (10 are going to a friend soon) and it's not easy to separate them

Why are you thinking you should give them red pepper seeds or flakes? Is this specific advice you read?
