red pepper

I seam to recall reading/being advised to feed turkeys red pepper if there is an issue with blackhead... I went to the store yesterday and asked for it and was given a ton of options...

Paprika, red pepper corn, cajin pepper flakes, red chilli flakes, chilli powder....

What is the stuff i'm after?!
