Today, when I went around the garden to gather up the chicken poo, I noticed some of the poo was red. It didn't look like ordinary poo with lumps of blood in it; rather, it was as if the black in the poo had turned crimson. The consistency was normal and there was some white in it, as usual.

I haven't noticed any change in the chickens' behaviour, and they look the same as usual, even when viewed from the back.

Here's some general info on them:

Hen/Roo
Breed: Lohman Brown/(a Swedish black breed)
Age: Don't know, but bought them as adults in spring, and they still lay as many eggs as when I bought them, som I guess under a year/Hatched in July
Eggs per day: 3 or 4 from 4 hens
Diet: They get a brand of "ordinary" chicken fodder named Pullfor, crushed sea shells, leftovers from our food, and free range all day long.

Here's a picture after I've gathered it up in the poo bucket:

As you can see, most of the poo is normal, so it seems only one of the chickens drops red poo. What could it be?
