Red sex link panting?

My RSL is panting constantly and holding her wings out to the side slightly. Is she just hot, or is there something wrong? She definitely doesn't have an impacted crop.......

i have seen mine do that,but it's when they get to hot.i did have a 6 week old that was panting last night.so i raised the heat lamp higher .why it did not move away i don't know.but i'am treating my 6 week olds for cocc.it was suggested that i keepthem warm if possible.

it's probably just hot. my red sex link does that too, mostly on hot days. It is completely normal.
