I have a little chickie (Casper) that is about 4 weeks old now and he is White. Will he stay White or will he eventually turn Red like the others? I hear that with sex links the males have a white (spot) head so you can tell the roos from the hens but does the white head go away after awhile?
Is this a genetic thing for him to be all white?

Yes it's genetic and the colors of different gendered sex-links stay different through out their lives.

Black sex-link males have a white head spot and grow up to look like poorly colored Barred Rocks. Females have solid black down and grow up to have varying amounts of red/gold feathers around the neck.

Red sex-link males have yellow down and grow up to be white with a bit of black and red on the back shoulders and tail. Females are buff and grow up reddish buff with white around the neck and tail.

I love my sex-links, even the males are so sweet!
