Red sex links...Should feathers look like this?

Hi! I'm new to chickens, and have 2 chicks, about 10 days old. We've owned them a week, and one of them is developing beautiful "normal looking" wing feathers that lay flat against her body. The other one's feathers are slower coming in, and are sticking out. Is this normal? She's the bigger of the 2, and is happy and healthy otherwise. Thank you for any words of wisdom!

Are they sexed? A roosters feathers take longer to come in.

We were told they are hens! Purchased from a rural feed store. I'm not sure where the store got them.

I'm sure they are hens. Their feathers are probably just growing differently, and that's normal.
