Red sex links

i have 50 laying hens and they are all red sex links and i just bought 20 of them yesturday and i was looking at them and the new ones are darker have bigger combs and the eggs are darker why is that

The color of chickens and eggs will vary deoending on the cross made to produce the sex link.

I have a red sex link that has gone broody, has anyone else had this happen

Mine are from the sane batch and one lays dark eggs and one lays light!!

the light brown egg in this picture is a BR's egg the dark one is my RSL (Red Sex Link) These are eggs from the senond RSL
