Red sexlink gender

If it's a red sex link I think a male would be white, wouldn't it? We need to know how old it is but I'm inclined to say it's female. No pointed feathers that I can see.

Not a sex link for sure. If younger than 16 weeks of age, I’m guessing a cockerel. How old is it? Maybe a Buff Orpington mix?

Not sure it’s a sex link either. I posted when it was younger and that’s what people said. Younger than 16 weeks.

School project teacher incubated a bunch of eggs and apparently there was a problem and only half hatched so they gave him to them alone... I want to let h join my crew but I have a rooster already

If it's only 6 or 7 weeks old then it is a male. I would guess the breed as being New Hampshire Red.
