red spots on my chickens

i think it might be mites never had them before. but it is red and puffy on the chickens not all over but i am new to the whole chicken thing what do i do?????????? help plz quick so i can treat this fast.

Have you looked for the mites? Check the chickens feathers at the base and see if you can see any mites or even lice. Check at night with a flash light.

Are you saying that the chickens have red spots? Is it on their faces or all over? How old are they? Have you ever wormed them or treated for mites and lice?

go get seven dust and treat them all over, then you have to remove bedding, sprinkle in coop , up walls 3ft high and in run. Do it again a week later. Sounds like mites, if not treated they can kill your chickens
