Red Star Rooster or Hen

This is suppose to be a Red Star Hen. I have noticed a larger comb on this one. Any thoughts?

If that is a Red Star (Red Sex Link) a rooster will be white and red. I would say that was a pullet.

Red Stars are a sex linked hybrid - and roos look very different than hens, that is a girl. For your own peace of mind, take look for "red star roosters" in something like google images and see the difference.

I think it is a hen. From what I understand, Red Star roosters can be sexed at birth by their coloring. I forget what it is called, but that was the case when I had a Red Star rooster. Much bigger and almost all white. Good luck. Love their eggs!
