Red underbelly with lack of movement, should I be concerned??

One of my chickens was crying to come in and was limping back in yesterday. It rained super hard and she came in real slow. But all chickens dried off pretty quick and went to bed. One of them was being slow as I said so I checked her feet. My mom saw her belly was kinda red. Turn to today and she's in a box my dad put her in and not moving, I flip her over and she's got a red raw underbelly.

One chicken I'm not sure out of my four red comets is laying soft eggs, what's happening?
Is she going broody? Or should I wait this out?

Her legs kinda wobble and she struggles to balance, she is acting pretty weak in standing.We haven't touched her in washing. She just got wet in the rain. I didn't inspect her vent but I'll check when I get back home.

She has a still red belly and has an egg smell to her vent, also left a clear liquid on the floor

She is being hammered by reproductive issues. I don't know if we still have time to save her or not. But if you're willing to devote some time to her care, it may be worth the effort. If you haven't got this time and commitment, it would probably be a kind favor to euthanize her now.

One whole tablet directly in her beak. No, she won't choke.

Next, she should be on an oral antibiotic. Do you have any on hand? What state or country are you in? It may or may not be possible to buy one or have one shipped to you.
