Most of my 3 week old pekins have small red wattles does this mean they are definitely male? I will try to get pictures later

Wattles are good indicators for certain breeds, like Polish, as you mentioned there.My little polish roo gets really red wattles when he's doing something exciting. Like flying or eating or playing
