red with leghorn

I have a RIR or production red not really sure. She is my nicest and friendliest hen. I only have a white leghorn rooster and was wondering if I paired them togther, what would I get? My leghorns are alittle skiddish but the leghorn chicks are really friendly. If I breed them would I get a friendly breed or would I get a genetic freak? These are just for my farm not selling them and wanted to know if its worth the time.
