When we got him, he was in a fish aquarium with an icky water bottle and dry cat food thrown around.
I've give him an oatmeal bath and used a gentle toothbrush on his dry skin sort of like a loofa...lol. I dont think its mites, I think he is just dry from being in pine shavings.
We got him some science diet wet cat food and he adores it. I put a teeny tiny drop of omega oils in it to work on that dry skin issue.
He gets craisins for a treat and last night I let him have about 1/2 tsp of scrambled eggs. Wolfed it right down.
He also gets a few pieces of dry food to snack on. But its in a bowl, not thrown into his bedding.
We have him in an old bunny hutch with carefresh for bedding and he happily burrows into that.
He is very spoiled! LOL
