That was rough, but necessary. The shells are surprisingly harder than I'd imagined, but then I did drop a yard egg which didn't crack.
Both were completely dried out, which I really don't understand. Neither pipped externally and the incubator has been at 70-75% humidity since the second day of lockdown when I added the sponge.
