Hello everyone. I am still a newbie to raising backyard chickens. This is my second time raising chicks to chickens. I have 4 different chickens that are 7 months old.
I love the fresh eggs that they provide and they are so much fun to watch. They are so soft and curious about everything. I have a new coop and special mobile cage so they can forage. It is a dog cage that folds up, it is shaped like a hexagon and I put bright orange construction netting over the top to protect them from the raptors and other predators. I found BYC as I searched for information and answer to my chicken questions.
